To reserve a puppy, you must complete the above application. Approval is on an individual basis. Submitting an application does not guarantee the placement of a puppy nor does it obligate you to purchase a puppy. It is simply to insure all of our puppies are placed in appropriate, loving homes. Many factors go into our decision on who to place a puppy with and we reserve the right to decline or withdraw our approval of any application. 

Once approved, a non-refundable $500 deposit is required to hold a puppy. We only accept deposits if we currently have a puppy available. We do not reserve puppies from future litters. 

UNCONDITIONAL GUARANTEE: You may return the dog in the same condition it was when acquired, for any reason whatsover, within ten (10) days of purchase and the full price will be refunded, less the deposit. The buyer will be responsible for costs incurred while in possession of the dog.

FULL REFUND HEALTH GUARANTEE AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE: All puppie's health are guaranteed for the first 72 hours (3days) after the date of sale in the case of communicable disease or ill health. It is recommended that the buyer have the animal examined by a reputable bertinarian during this time period. A full refund of purchase price will be given for any dog deemed to be of poor health. Said dog shall be returned withing 120 hours (5 days) with a health certificate or veterinary exam report stating healthcondition of dog including all lab and diagnostic findings, and all registration paperwork originally provided to buyer. All veterinarian costs during this time period will be the responsibility of the buyer. 

GENETIC HEALTH GUARANTEE: All puppies are guaranteed to be free of presently known congenital/inherited defects that would make this dog unsuitable as a pet. The breeder cannot guarantee that the dog will not become symptomatic with a genetic disease in the future. The health guarantee does not guarantee against such conditions including but not limited to umbilical hernia, retained testicle, bite abnormalities, or other conditions associated but not limited to this breed. All vet bills associated with any defect of the puppy are the responsibility of the buyer. 

After initial refund period, if at any time the buyer listed above can no longer care for the puppy, it is agreed that the buyer will return the dog to the breeder at the buyer's expense with no compensation.
